Hotel policy

Dear guests, thank you for choosing Paradiso Dreams Hotel for your sea vacation.

GENERAL

• The policy of the hotel is in full compliance with the Bulgarian legislation regulating the activity of accommodation facilities.
• The hotel complex has CCTV surveillance, except in the toilets, hotel rooms, massage and beauty parlour, in order to provide security for guests. By using the services of the hotel, you agree to the video surveillance.

• At Paradiso Dreams Hotel you will have guaranteed data protection in accordance with / GDPR / European legislation.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests whose behaviour contravenes the established rules.

ACCOMMODATION AND ACCOMMODATIONRULES

• Upon check-in, each guest is required to check in at Reception with ID.

• Damage caused by the guest to hotel property will be reimbursed to the hotel according to an established price list.
• Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 6 months. If the guest wishes to have the forgotten item returned by courier, the cost of the return is entirely at the guest’s expense.

Check-in/check-out:

• Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00.
• In case of late arrival, after 18:00, please inform us.
• If you wish to vacate the room at a later date, you will need to ask Reception for consent and confirmation that this is possible.

Nutrition:

• Breakfast is served in the main restaurant La Vista from 7:30 to 10:30 ч.

• Block table can be arranged for a minimum of 35 guests.
• It is forbidden to take food and drinks to/from the hotel’s restaurants and coffee bar.

Room cleaning:

• Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
• If you have posted a “Do Not Disturb” sign or would like cleaning after 17:00, please contact the hotel reception.

Minibar:

• Refrigerator refilling as a minibar is upon request by guests at Reception and for a fee.

Safe:

• Each room has a free safe.
• Please keep your valuables and documents in the safe.
• Items left in the room or on the property are the guest’s responsibility.

Laundry and ironing:

• Clothes for laundry delivered before 09:00 will be returned to the guest by 18:00 the same day. In other cases, the service is carried out the next day.
• For express orders up to 3 hours, an additional 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Parking lots:

• The hotel has free outdoor parking spaces and covered parking, which is payable.
• The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to a car in the outdoor and indoor parking areas.

Accommodation with pets:

• Please read the pet policy.

TO ENSURE ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE HOTEL IS PROHIBITED:

• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and indoor common areas of Paradiso Dreams Hotel. Violation of this prohibition shall be sanctioned in the amount of 200 BGN if found.
• Storage of dangerous objects, moving and removal of furniture is not allowed in the rooms.
• Aggressive behaviour of guests in the hotel or damage to furniture is not allowed.
• Vehicles are allowed to park at the entrance for up to 10 minutes while luggage is removed for check-in.
