Payment and cancellation policy:
A reservation confirmed by the Hotel is guaranteed with a payment of 50% of the total amount for the stay, up to 3 days after its confirmation and before check-in. The additional payment up to the full amount is made upon check-in at the hotel.
Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date is without penalties
In case of cancellation or change of the reservation less than 14 days before the check-in date, the prepaid amount for the reserved room is withheld as a penalty.
In case of early departure from the requested stay, the entire amount due for the reservation will be deducted
Cancellation or change of the reservation must be requested in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices depending on the hotel's occupancy, as well as during public holidays.
